Can I display my sign or decor piece outdoors?
The products are sealed for protection, but I strongly recommend displaying them in a covered location - such as a covered porch, entryway, or sheltered wall - rather than in a fully exposed outdoor setting.
Even with a sealant applied, prolonged exposure to rain, direct sunlight, humidity, and other natural elements can cause weathering, fading, or deterioration over time. This is true of virtually all wood and painted decor, no matter how well it's made.
To keep your piece looking its best for as long as possible, please:
Avoid direct rain or moisture contact
Avoid extended direct sunlight
Choose a covered or semi-sheltered display spot
Proper placement will go a long way toward preserving the beauty of your handcrafted piece.
Orders & Timelines
How long will it take to create my order?
Creation time is typically up to 10 days. If your sign happens to be in stock, it may be ready sooner! If a particular product requires additional time beyond 10 days, that will be clearly noted in the product details - so you'll always know what to expect before you buy.
Is shipping time included in the 10-day creation window?
No - the 10-day creation period is the time it takes to make your item. Shipping time is separate and begins once your piece is complete and handed off to the carrier. Please factor both into your timeline, especially if you're ordering for a specific date or occasion.
Is shipping or local delivery included in the price?
Yes! Shipping or local delivery is included in the price of every item. There are no surprise fees at checkout - what you see is what you pay.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because most items are made to order and every piece is completely handcrafted, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Product Details
Are your products made to order?
Most signs are made at the time your order is placed, crafted fresh just for you. In some cases, a sign may already be in stock and ready to ship sooner, but either way, every piece that ships has been made with the same care and attention to detail.
Will my item be exactly the size listed?
Listed dimensions are approximate. Because every piece is shaped and finished by hand - not produced by a machine - there may be small variations in size from one item to the next. This is simply part of the handmade process, and part of what makes your piece genuinely one of a kind.
Will the colors match what I see in the photos?
I work hard to represent colors as accurately as possible, but please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, and paint availability at the time your order is made. Your piece will be true to the overall look and feel of the listing - with that beautiful handmade character.
Will the bows and greenery look exactly like the photo?
Decorative accents like bows and greenery may vary slightly based on what's available at the time of creation. I always select materials that complement the design beautifully, so while small details may differ, the overall aesthetic of your piece will remain consistent with what you loved in the listing.
Should I expect my item to look exactly like the product photo?
Because every piece is made entirely by hand, no two items are exactly alike - and that's something I consider a feature, not a flaw. Please expect some natural variation from the product photo, whether in wood grain, brushstrokes, or fine details. What arrives will be a truly unique piece.
